Freggie’s Fresh Ride is back again to prove how eating fruits and veggies can help us reach our goals. Since 2015 a group of cyclists has travelled far and wide to demonstrate the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Once again, we are asking you to join us on our journey.
“My Virtual Mission”. allows you to use your own kms to propel Freggie across Canada! The more kms you put in, the further he goes. Our collective activity will help him reach his goal. You can walk, run, jog, skate, ride, unicycle, pogo-stick, you name it! As long as you are moving.
